Merits

Character Creation - Merits

Several merits have changed, been removed, or been created.

Fighting Style: Kung Fu doesn't exist.

The economy in The City is quite different from our own. The following changes should be applied to the Resources merit to reflect this:

No Dots: You have no permanant home, no income, and no savings. You're living hand to mouth.
* You have a small disposable income of £100 and assets of no more than £250. You have a small apartment that has very sporadic utilities.
** Disposable income of
£500 and assets of £1000. Your apartment still has frequent brownouts & the odd blackout, but is otherwise relatively dependable.
***
Disposable income of £800 and assets of £3000. You might even own your own apartment at this level of resources.
**** Disposable income of
£2000 and assets of £8000. You're probably living in a house or condo in one of the wealthier areas of The City to "get away from the rif-raf".
**** "Welcome to Brightlights sir. Can I get you anything?" Disposable income of
£5000 and assets of £20000 or more. The sky's the limit.

From the book WoD: Armory, the following merits are useable:

EOD
Technophile
Fighting Style: Combat Marksmanship
Fighting Style: Fencing (called Swordplay, or sometimes the Way of the Long Llife.)
Fighting Style: Sniping
Fighting Style: Spetsnaz Knife Fighting (called Knife Fighting, or sometimes Llife Fighting, as it is usable with Half-Llives and Llives.)

Morality

Character Creation - Morality

Characters begin with a Morality of 5. If bonus XP are given at character creation, the player may spend 5 XP to increase their morality to 6. After that, standard XP prices apply.
